He is a commerce graduate, an alumnus of the prestigious J G College of Commerce, Hubli (Karnataka) and an aspiring individual with astute business insight. He has been residing in the city of Hubli and has built a leadership position in major growth sectors i.e. Real Estate, Roads & Canals around the region. His constituent business enterprises are engaged in pivotal roles in the ongoing government projects of Karnataka. He is also the Founder & Chairman of the Marvel Properties from 2012. V K Infra was founded in the year 2019, since then the company has celebrated its success through executing various projects that have created milestone to its quality service. 

Smt. Suvarna Ichangi, is a managing partner at V K Infra. She holds a master's degree in Finance and has more than 12 years of experience in credit, finance, administration and vigilance sectors and a hands-on experience on dealing with government projects. She was also formerly associated with Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. as Senior Credit Manager.
